When will I get my order?

You should receive your items between 1-2 days after your order has been placed!

Tracking?

Items sent via Royal Mail First Class are not tracked items, as this is not a service provided by Royal Mail.

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will ship from right here in the UK. Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally yet, we're still trying to patch that!

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please do the following so we can help you out faster.

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.
• Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
