When is the payment taken for my pre-order?

The payment for your pre-order will be taken when the order is placed.

When will my pre-order be dispatched?

We always aim for you to have your pre-order for release day, if not before. If you have pre-ordered your items in advance i.e. at least 72 hours before your items will be dispatched in enough time to be with you for the day of release.

Please note: Courier delays outside of our control may affect the arrival time of your items.

My order contains a pre-order and an in-stock item, when will they be dispatched?

If you place an order which contains both a pre-order and an in-stock item, the in-stock item will be dispatched first so you’re not waiting around. Your pre-order will then be dispatched in enough time so it’s with you on the day of release.

Where can I see the release date of my pre-order?

The release date of your pre-order will be located on the product page for the item. You can see exactly when your item will be released and when you can expect it if you’ve made a pre-order.

I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my pre-order?

We know from time to time you might change your mind. If you do need to cancel your pre-order, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel this for you.

You can request cancellation of a pre-order up to 48 hours before the release date, after this your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to cancel this for you. However, you can always return the item back to us for a full refund.

Will my pre-order be a physical copy or a digital download?

In most cases, your pre-order will be a physical copy. However, if you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll clarify this for you.

My pre-order should come with DLC but I haven’t received it?

In most cases, your pre-order should come with your downloadable content. However, sometimes we will need to send out your DLC codes after 1-2 days of your item being delivered. If you haven’t received your code by this time, please contact us and we’ll take a look into this for you.
