When will I receive my order?
Please note: The information below is based on normal delivery conditions and is meant as a guideline only. External factors (e.g. pandemics, adverse weather, strikes and other conditions affecting postal networks) may still delay your order beyond our control. You should receive your order within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. If your order is over £80.00 or is heavy or bulky, we will send your order via Parcelforce which will usually arrive the next working day. Orders are only dispatched Monday-Friday.
I need to return my order, what is your returns policy?
We know that from time to time you might need to return something back to us. You can check out our returns policy which should give you all the info you need! If not, get in touch and we'll help you out!
Can I change my shipping address on order?
Your shipping address is part of how we ensure your order is safe to process. Under normal circumstances, we won't be able to change your shipping address to an alternative street address. Your order would need to be cancelled before dispatch and placed again with the correct address. If you've made an error when submitting your shipping address (we've all done it) contact us immediately and we'll do our best to prevent your order from being dispatched. If your order has been dispatched you can always return it back to us and we can issue you with a replacement or a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have authorised your return we will process your refund within 2-3 working days. Though this does not include your bank's process time, which may be slightly longer. If your refund has not appeared within 10 working days, please contact your bank. We'll send you an email once your refund has been completed confirming the date and the amount. If you can't see the email please check your junk folder (missing an email because it's landed in your junk folder is not the one). Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used for purchase.
My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?
We're not fans of when items don't arrive in the condition they should do. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible explaining the damage and we'll get back to you. We may ask for a photo of the damage to speed up the replacement/refund process for you!
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel this for you. If your order has already been dispatched we won't be able to cancel your order but you can always return it back to us!
