When will my order be dispatched?
If you order before 2PM MON-FRI your order will be dispatched the same day. If you order outside of those times your order will be dispatched the next working day.
When will I receive my order?
In most cases, you should receive your order 1-2 days after dispatch.
Where does my order dispatch from?
So we can get your items to you as fast as possible, your order will be dispatched from right here in the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship physical games internationally. However, digital games are available for purchase within Europe.
Please note: There may be restrictions on some games within certain countries.
I’ve purchased a digital game, how does it work?
Once you have purchased a digital game, a download code will be instantly sent to your email. If you haven’t received your code, please double check your email address and junk folder.
My order should be here by now, what should I do?
Sometimes, external factors can affect the delivery time of your order. If your order hasn’t arrived please do the following so we can help you out faster.
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address (we’ve all done it)
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier has left your package with them.
If you’re unable to locate your package after all of these, please get in contact with us with your order number and we’ll take a look into this for you.
Can I change my shipping address once I’ve placed my order?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to change your shipping address once your order has been placed. However, if you contact us we might be able to cancel this for you so you can place an order with the correct address.
Can I cancel an order?
Due to our fast shipping times, in most cases it is not possible to cancel an order once it’s been made. However, if you no longer want your order you can always return it back to us as long as it remains unused and unopened.
